Meet the Owner
Erica Castillo, MSW, CPS
The conception of Ebony’s Mini-Donuts, was inspired by my mother, who was an amazing chef. She loved to bake and cook. I have special childhood memories of my mother making fried donuts. I could remember every bite being so sweet, warm, and delicious.
I named our mini donut business after my sweet daughter, Ebony.
My first mini donut-when I visited my husband’s home, the beautiful island, Puerto Rico.
